Memory: and other stories

The book consists of twelve stories about the different circumstances that five orphaned brothers from the interior of the country must go through when they arrive in the City of Buenos Aires, in search of opportunities for progress that their native land denies them. The stories take place in the traditional neighborhood of Belgrano, a place where the author has spent much of his life. Stories loaded with history about the typical places of the neighborhood, its development covers the last six decades of it, interspersing anecdotes about its origins with unique events and the drastic change in lifestyle that occurred during this period. It is worth highlighting the receptive attitude of its neighbors, contradicting the often bastardized attitude of arrogance with which Buenos Aires are branded.
